What are the check-in
procedures?
The check-in office
is centrally located and is just minutes from our home. The hours are 9:00 am to
7:30 pm, Monday through Saturday and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sundays. If you
arrive after hours, the keys to the home and directions will be in the lock-box
located in front of the office. Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will
send you directions to the check-in office as well as the combination to
retrieve both items. There is always someone available to handle emergency
situations.
Where are the closest shopping centers/grocery stores?
Guests can choose to have a
welcome food pack delivered to the home and ready for arrival. For those of you
who may be arriving on a later flight and do not have time to grocery shop for
the morning essentials, i.e. coffee, tea etc, this might be something to
consider. The home is less than a 5 minute drive to 3 grocery stores.
What is provided in the homes and what do I need to bring?
All homes are
furnished and fully equipped. There are two sets of sheets for each bedroom and
two sets of towels for each bathroom. All kitchen utensils and equipment are
provided.The home has a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and washer and
dryer.
Is maid service included?
The home will be
clean upon your arrival and will be cleaned once again upon your departure. The
homes are outfitted with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, vacuum and mop. We will
gladly provide daily or weekly maid service for an additional fee. This can be
arranged at check-in.
How does the security deposit work?
A $250 security
deposit is required,regardless of duration and is released upon departure
providing there has not been any damage or theft to the home. If the guest does
not have a credit card, a $250 cash deposit will be required, which will be
refunded by mail within 30 days of departure.
Is the pool heated?
The home has pool
heat available. Pool heat is NOT INCLUDED in the rental rate. Pool can be heated
for $25/day or $150/week(5 day minimum).
